to liquidate Real Property assets for the beneficiaries primarily located in
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach & Monroe Counties.
Melanie is a Business School Graduate from Tulane University in New Orleans.
She has also studied in Madrid, Spain at ICADE University and in Buenos Aires,
Argentina at Universidad del Belgrano. Melanie is fluent in Spanish

NBC, CBS, Telemundo television stations. She has also been featured in Miami
Today newspaper & National Radio broadcasts.
Melanie has extensive background &
knowledge in the areas of Real Estate Investing and Distressed Properties. She
has sold at least a hundred distressed properties including Short Sales,
Foreclosures, Tax Deed & Bankruptcy properties. She has been involved in
many Multifamily Property transactions from duplexes to 150 units. She has also
sold Retail Commercial Property.
Originally from Manhasset, New York, Melanie currently lives in Miami.
Melanie has her Real Estate licenses in both New York State & Florida.
Melanie has sold Co-ops, Brownstones & Multifamily Properties in
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens & Long Island. Melanie is a Realtor with
Keller Williams Realty. She has been with the company since 2006
